Single components of the vehicles are already checked during assembly using checklists. The first functional tests take place after assembly (e. g. motor, hydraulic system, sensors, etc.), afterwards the vehicle is handed over to the Customer Service.
Customer Service makes a final acceptance test on behalf of the client at SCHEUERLE: there are special checklists for every vehicle type, which involve well-defined tests. The conditions of use of the vehicle are simulated on the factory site as well as possible – this also includes tests with a load on the vehicle.

At the final acceptance test all integral parts of the contract are checked once more. The vehicles are not released for delivery until all integral parts of the contract are fulfilled.
