SCHEUERLE and KAMAG - members of Otto Rettenmaier´s TII Group – in the "Lexicon of the German World Market Leaders"

Schwäbisch Hall, 24 January 2011. The "Lexicon of the German World Market Leaders" was presented during a festive ceremony at the 1st Congress of the German World Market Leaders which took place at the Würth Art Museum. Thomas Riek, member of the management board of SCHEUERLE and KAMAG, accepted the world market leader award along with the new publication.

In every third industry sector worldwide, German companies are market leaders. For the first time, 750 of these enterprises have now been brought together and presented in the "Lexicon of the German World Market Leaders". This lexicon provides a unique insight into the elite of German industry - from the automobile sector and renewable energies through to pharmaceutical and medical technology.

As the world market leader in the development and production of heavy load and special vehicles, the TII Group with its two German facilities - SCHEUERLE Fahrzeugfabrik in Pfedelbach and KAMAG Transporttechnik in Ulm - is represented in the book. With their innovative strength and product quality, together they stand for the internationally recognised seal of approval "Made in Germany".

An eight-person, top-class advisory board with representatives from industrial associations, media, research establishments and the financial sector determined the structure of the lexicon together with the publishers along with the content selection. Partners of the book project are the Federation of German Industries,  Commerzbank – Mittelstandsbank, Deutschland – Land of the Ideas, manager magazine, VDI-Nachrichten newspaper as well as ADP Employer Services GmbH.
